Our Service

First Contact - At the point of first contact we will provide an initial quote based on the approved floor plans at the time of build.

Site Visit - We will schedule a site visit within 20 working days* of initial contact in accordance with the site manager to conduct the racking inspection. Any additional racking not included in the quote will be added onto the final bill.

Damage Report - At the completion of the inspection a copy of the full report will be submitted to the site manager, pointing out any red and amber repairs before leaving site.

Certificate of Completion - Where the inspection is a pass and no repairs are required, reports are provided within 48 working hours of completion.
